Hall Rental Rates and Fees

The Rates below cover our Dining and Meeting rooms for SINGLE DAY RENTAL ONLY.
Only one renter is in the building at one time, typically. However, the Foyer and Restroom use are considered common areas, and are not exclusive to any renter, if both rooms are in use.
A renter has a choice to rent one or both rooms. Rates May Change Without Notice.
The Kitchen is included in Dining Room rentals only.
Liability Insurance is required for ALL Rentals.

Fees
Signing Deposit	$300	Credited towards total rental fee
Security Deposit	$600	May cover ancillary damage, premise misuse, or contract/rules violations.
Security Guard	$34 per hour	Required for Use of Beer and Wine. No hard liquor allowed.
Cancellation Fee	$150	More than 2 months before rental date
	Signing Deposit Amount	Less than 2 months before rental date
Cleaning Fee	$175 (Dining Room Rental) $126 (Meeting Room Rental) $220 (Both Rooms) Minimum $150 cleaning fee for leaving an excessive mess inside or outside premise.	Renters must clean tables and chairs and store them as well as empty all Dining Room and Kitchen Trash bags to outside Dumpster. No other cleaning necessary. Although cleaning is included in the half and full day rates, if there is an excessive mess left by the renter, this fee may apply and be deducted from the security deposit. We appreciate renters taking care of the premise.
Over Use Fee	2x the hourly base rate Charge by the half hour, for time used outside of contracted hours Additional Security Guard Fees May Apply	If renter uses the premise before or after the contracted hours, this amount will be deducted from security deposit.
