Hall Rental Rates and Fees

Monday Morning – Friday Morning

    • General Public:  $75/hour, minimum 3 hours ($225)
    • Non Profit:  $50/hour, minimum 3 hours ($150)

Weekend

Dining Room or Meeting Room

Friday Evening – Sunday Morning
              General Public
                      8:00 AM to 12:00 PM:  $100/hr, minimum of 2 hours or $200
                      12:00 PM to 12:00 AM:  $100/hr, minimum of 4 hours, max of $850
              Non Profit
                      8:00 AM to 12:00 PM:  $75/hr minimum of 3 hours or $225 
                     12:00 PM to 12:00 AM:  $75/hr, minimum of 3 hours, max $600

   Discount for Recurring Rentals:
          5% discount – 6 or more rental date contract, within the same calendar year
          10% discount – 12 or more rental date contract, within the same calendar year

Fees

  • Deposit:  Due at contract signing, applied to total fee. Deposit to be $300 or equal to 100% of the total fees, if less than $300.
  • Cleaning Deposit:  $600
  • Security Fee: $200, for up to 8 hours. $25 per hour after that. Required, if beer or wine is served. No hard liquor allowed.
  • Cancellation fee:
    • Prior to 2 months before event date – $150
    • Less than 2 months before event date – Deposit Amount
