Liability Insurance
Liability Insurance is require for ALL rentals. There can be two sources of this insurance. If you own a home, you may be able to get event insurance coverage from the carrier. However, be aware that many home policies will not cover alcohol usage at the event. Odd Fellows Cupertino only allows Beer and Wine at rentals, so the insurance must cover alcohol, if it will be served. If no home insurance is available or will not provide full coverage, we’ve provided a list of alternate Insurance sources below.
If you use your home owner’s policy for the event insurance AND you are providing Beer and/or Wine at your event, please ask your carrier to note that the coverage includes alcohol.

Renters need Liability insurance to cover the use of the premise and the people attending naming the Cupertino Odd Fellows Lodge #70 as being additional insured. The location of the building is 20589, W. Homestead Rd, Cupertino, CA 95014. The Comprehensive general liability insurance policy limits must not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. The policy can be emailed to Cupertino Odd Fellows at rental@cupertinooddfellows.org as an attached file. Please refer to our sample Insurance Certificate
